the wine will continue to develop for a number of years in the bottle

supported by a framework of well-balanced tannins

and Petit Verdot varietals

This wine has a dark cherry color

of a graceful Merlot grapes picked at a perfect ripeness

The wine is only lightly filtered and may form sediment as it ages

as well as touches of fresh almonds and cashew on the long and elegant finish

Cultivated in the heart of this generous nature where multicolored butterflies and white-dotted ladybirds mingle

The wine ferments slowly at cool temperatures and yields a wine with a rich nose of blueberries

the wine was left in contact with its skins for an additional two days of extended maceration
