Mixed media abstract paintings by Philip Wiseman- OrangeThese beautiful abstract paintings are by York based artist Philip Wiseman. Originals don't come on the market very often so I am pleased to have been able to get hold of some. These examples are mixed media on paper in bold orange and pinks, framed by us in a white distressed timber. The way my framer chose to mount the artworks is perfect and adds to the look of the whole frame with the visible irregular edges. Height 76cm Width 57cm

Warm undertones create a gentle

The strong glazes are caused by the smelting pots being regularly heated and then cooled which causes a reaction with what is being melted
