Lot 105 - Antique Brass Fire Hose Nozzle, Manufactured by A.J. Morse & Son, Boston, Massachusetts, Stamped "Stolen from State St. Exchange 53 State St." And "Boston Belting Co.", 16" HAntique brass fire hose nozzle with a tapered conical body and threaded female coupling at the base. The body is engraved "Stolen From State St. Exchange 53 State St." as an anti theft property marking. The base collar is stamped "Mfd. By A. J. Morse & Son Boston" on one side and "Boston Belting Co. Boston" on the opposite side. The nozzle shows surface scratching, verdigris in the recessed areas, and general patina consistent with age and use.
The frame shows surface wear and losses to the gilt consistent with age
This is not an authentic tsantsa but a novelty item
