Payne Model 202 Bamboo Rod 8' 3/2 #5For sale here is a Payne Model 202 bamboo rod in mint original condition. 8' 3 2 for a 5 weight line. A classic Jim Payne rod from the mid 60's with the "Made for Abercrombie & Fitch Co." die stamp on the reel seat. Ferrule plugs and hag tag. A rare and highly collectible piece of American fly fishing history which remains in pristine condition. Original bag and tube with red label in fine shape. The rod is in excellent condition though it does display some minor superficial wear in areas

The reel weighs 6 1/4 oz and is in excellent used condition

and one which has been very well cared for
