JW Young 3" Pattern 1 red agate fly reelFor sale here is a 3 JW Youngs Pattern 1 made for Allcocks. A 1920s reel with most of the leading worn off; foot is original and unmolested; erinoid handle, no undue spindle play. Dark red agate in good order. A great little trout reel. This reel ships from our UK office. REF 0294
Gold anodized aluminum down-locking reel seat is in excellent shape and appears to have been used very little
The agate is unblemished as well
6 inches and the inner spool width is approximately 7/8 of an inch
