Hollywood Bowl

Hollywood BowlThis artwork was inspired by a photo I took at the Hollywood Bowl one evening. Id wandered onto the grounds on a whim, joking with a security guard in a half hearted attempt to bribe my way in, only to discover it was completely free to explore anyway. I even mentioned Id done some design work for the Bowl, but he couldnt have cared less, which was fair enough. That evening, I had the entire venue to myself. It was so surreal to be surrounded by rows

By the time I’d fallen in love with LA and begun drawing its landmarks

and the history all come together in the perfect experience

I always notice something new

For this print

so it felt like the perfect opportunity to start putting my work in front of people who might actually connect with it

a charming nod to the city it calls home

and it’s easy to see why Palm Springs continues to be a haven for architecture lovers and vacationers alike
