Paul Young Texan Bamboo Rod 8'6 2/2 #6/7For sale here is a Paul H. Young "Texan" 8'6" 2 2 6 7wt bamboo rod. Paul Young made the blanks and sold them along with the appropriate hardware and thread to Don West in 1950, who finished out the rod. Excellent+ condition. The rod was masterfully restored by Bob Summers in 2012. All sections are full length and straight, although the tip marked "Trout W. S." is 1 4" shorter than the other tip section.
