Sixth Street BridgeI never got to see this bridge in person. By the time Id fallen in love with LA and begun drawing its landmarks, the bridge was already nearing the end of its life. I only knew it through photographs, films, and the stories people shared, a steel span quietly connecting neighbourhoods across the river. Opened in 1932, the bridge became an unmistakable part of the citys visual language before being dismantled in 2016 due to age and seismic concerns. It

this piece was originally created for my first ever solo show in Los Angeles

While I absolutely love their burgers

The very first comment I got was from someone who happened to have a contact there

The exhibition was set to debut in April 2020

I wish I could properly express how much I love Tiki drinks and the whole culture around them

I even mentioned I’d done some design work for the Bowl

Half the population wants them torn down due to the risks they pose in an earthquake

Standing in the exact spot James Dean did in the film sparked something inside me
