19th century Carved African panel ilekunThis is a late 19th century decorative carved wooden panel. African in origin and would have originally been used as a door to a prestigious home or palace, known as ilekun. The quality of the carving is stunning and would now make great wall decorations. The back hoop is made from one single piece of bent timber which makes this chair hugely decorative
