Two screw latch plate with a reversible U shaped two screw nickel silver line guard. Left hand retrieve. Excellent plus condition. Comes with an original Hardy box for a Flyweight silent check.
There is a darker spot on the butt section ferrule wrap from either a blemish on the cane underneath or a mishap with the varnish/color preserver
The half-handle has a hard rubber grasp and the foot is full length and unaltered
The four-piece design makes the rod very easy to travel with obviously
Oxidized ferrules with a microscopic amount of brassing on the ferrule welts
One of the spare spools is loaded with #20 backing as well
