As the value of these vehicles increases we've seen the need to refurbish and improve some of the OEM parts rather than completly replace. Nissan obviously felt it was a good idea to reinforce the traction arms as they did update the traction arms with plates (similar to these) in the later model S chassis'. The OEM diff cover uses just a single bush and stud which is prone to premature wear and excessive movement which can cause the rear stud to break off the cover
