Description
Lot 090 - Antique Park Theatre Boston Marquee Board Top Section with Incised Lettering, Circa 1880, 14-3/8" L x 8-3/8" HWhite painted wooden arched panel with "Park Theatre" incised into the front surface. The reverse bears pencil inscriptions reading "Park Theatre Boston," "Side Entry," "c. 1880," and "Top Section of marquee board." Paint shows extensive cracking, chipping, and loss throughout, with areas of exposed wood and remnants of red paint visible at the upper right. The reverse shows bare wood with remnants of white paint and adhesive strips.
