Kagoshima in southern Japan is known for their tea production and especially the production of organic tea in which they are a leader. Here the soil is mineral and the active volcano Sakurajima, has a strong influence on the surrounding nature. Organic Sencha Kirishima is from the tea producer Henta Seicha and the carefully selected tea leaves are from the first harvest
