Hardy Sovereign 8/9 Fly ReelFor sale here is a Hardy Sovereign 8 9 fly reel. 3 1 2" diameter. 1" wide spool. Unused condition. Slight tarnish on the brass reel foot, but not from fishing. Right or left hand retrieve, currently set up for left. The handle on this reel (like the Abel walnut handles) is an upgrade from the typical handles and was made by Bill Archuleta. Comes with Hardy case and instruction sheet.
The owner came by this rod by winning a Cast-A-Winston contest some years ago – he ended up trading a number of the graphite prize rods for this excellent bamboo piece
