The 2010 Pluribus reveals classic notes of blueberry and mulberry fruit intermixed with hints of violets

all of which is trimmed in just enough wood to notice

balanced and exquisitely persistent finish where a hint of bitter cherry pit surfaces

deep black raspberry and blackcurrant fruit

earth and subtle secondary nuances is followed by remarkably fine and pure

There is outstanding power and concentration to the broad-shouldered flavors that possess a robust mouth feel and ample minerality

This is a champagne made for tenderness and pleasure

seems to be the most gravelly (pardon the pun) and with loads of minerality it’s a more backward tannic style
