The DOMANI work package flow in organized in a way that following activities are based on direct inputs and lessons learned from preceding ones, while a number of activities run in parallel, where it is permitted and efficient by their nature \u2013 Management, quality assurance, dissemination and exploitation are overarching processes. In total, 6 WPs are planned.\u00a0<\/p>

WP1<\/b> handles all the coordination, reporting and quality assurance tasks in a structured manner, WP2<\/b> for preparatory activities (surveys, ToRs of references and guidelines), WP3-5<\/b> with core development tasks (producing organizational and ICT infrastructure and arrangements, as well as developing the competency framework, curricula, mentorship programs, and running capacity building activities), while WP6<\/b> with exploitation of the results developed in previous WPs as well as with dissemination for their sustainability and longevity. Each Work Package is structured into Tasks<\/b>, connected with Milestones<\/b>, Deliverables<\/b>, and Events<\/b>, all with their responsible partners and coordination structure.<\/p>

Work Package 1: Management and quality assurance<\/span><\/p>

  • To set up and deploy the project management, monitoring, financing and reporting structure\u00a0<\/li>
  • Prepare and complete the Consortium Agreement\u00a0<\/li>
  • Prepare QA and management guidelines\u00a0<\/li>
  • Organize functioning of the Steering Committee and Consortium Meetings<\/li>
  • Set up and ensure functioning of Quality assurance teams, and the external QA officer<\/li><\/ul>
    Work Package 2: Preparation of development activities<\/b><\/div>
    • To implement detailed survey of the capacities, curricula and provision for DOMANI development and exploitation<\/li>
    • To review the EU\u2019s and EU partner\u2019s best practices to be used as baseline for DOMANI developments<\/li>
    • To develop terms of references for key DOMANI deliverables<\/li><\/ul>
      Work Package 3: Development of micro-credential provision ecosystems<\/b><\/div>
      • To develop organizational arrangements for micro-credential provision<\/li>
      • To develop ICT arrangements for micro-credential provision<\/li>
      • To establish the DOMANI mentorship program<\/li>
      • To build capacity for the development of micro-credential provision<\/li><\/ul>
        Work Package 4: Development of regulatory proposals for micro-credentials provision<\/b><\/div><\/div>
        • To develop the Charter and Handbook of DOMANI micro-credential programs<\/li>
        • To develop amendments to national HE provision frameworks<\/li>
        • To build capacity for the development of regulatory proposals<\/li><\/ul>
          Work Package 5: Development of curriculum contents and e-learning<\/b><\/div>
          • To develop competency framework and micro-credential course packages<\/li>
          • To develop challenge-based modules<\/li>
          • To develop CLP DO_ learn<\/li>
          • To build capacity for the development of curriculum contents and e-learning<\/li><\/ul>
            Work Package 6: Dissemination and sustainability<\/b><\/div>
            • To develop and maintain the website, social networks and newsletters<\/li>
            • To run institutional multiplier events and exploitation of DOMANI deliverables<\/li>
            • To organize DOMANI business-academia interface and the international conference<\/li>
