Eau Claire Single Malt Whisky Batch 005Batch 005 Whisky was aged in New European Oak Barrels, Ex Bourbon Barrels and Ex Sherry Barrels creating a subtly complex whisky. Tastes of white pepper, buscuit and sweet toffee with nutty notes transition into a long warm finish with a slight drying tannic effect.

Its finish is described as spicy and well rounded with flavors of toasted oak
