2000's Edwards (by ESP Japan) E-LP-85SD Les Paul Standard (Goldtop)The E LP 85SD was an Edwards branded GOLDTOP Les Paul Standard made in Japan in the early 00's (pre serial numbers) under the watchful eyes of ESP. Solid carved maple top with a mahogany back and neck (feels like a '59 profile) with a rosewood fingerboard, it weighs a whole 4. 7kg's and you can hear every single gram when you plug it in. 12" radius with a 43mm nut width. Factory loaded with Gotoh hardware and tuners along with Seymour Duncan SH 1n SH

Tune-O-Matic bridge gives you the tuning stability that's often lacking from Jaguar models and the Schecter Deluxe tuners work a treat

and even now it's still one of the most well-loved chorus pedals ever

Variations:

the neck has a functional truss and is straight

Frets are shiny and the neck is straight with a freshly oiled fingerboard

There's also a small separation at the neck joint near the binding as pictured that's purely cosmetic with no impact on stability
