Chateau Gruaud Larose Magnum 1970A wine known in its youth for being muscular and tannic. The 1970 vintage, whilst not as great as 1961, was very good and the wines can still give pleasure today. Rare to find an example in a magnum bottle these days. With a Berry Brothers & Rudd label. Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec. 148cl magnum bottle. Abv% not stated. Bottle condition, capsule good, label bin soiled, wine level just below emblem.
