In 2005 he sold the winery and brand name to the Cottin brothers and he remained involved until 2009 Typical blend, Chardonnay. 75cl bottle. Abv 12% Bottle condition, capsule wax, label excellent, wine level 2 cm from base of cork.

The 2004 vintage was very good for the region
Château Bélair can trace its origins back to Roman times
Coming to believe that 2001 may be up there with 98 and 99 in the Musar Pantheon
JK Carriere was started in 1999 by Jim Prosser
Whilst it does not have the reputation of 1963 the 1970 vintage ports are excellent
A lovely vintage across Bordeaux
The grapes are hand harvested at daybreak to keep them cool
Although not as good a vintage as it was for the red wines of Bordeaux
label a bit scrappy
