Organically farmed Savagnin from the Shasta Trinity Vineyard is direct pressed and then aged for nine months in neutral French barrels, then bottled unfiltered with just a small amount of SO2. This wine is beautifully rustic, like a fancy ski lodge. Notes of dried herbs and chamomile, lemon rind, bruled pineapple
