1990's Tune Japan TGX-823WN '56 Style Single Cutaway (Walnut)Made in Japan by "Tune Guitar Technology" in the mid 1990's, the TGX 823 could be the coolest guitar that you've never seen before. Tune were making some very high end models in the bass world so it's rare to see a guitar model from their factory. Bound walnut flat top with a mahogany back, slim profile mahogany neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length, 42mm nut width), it weighs just 2. 6kg's. Loaded with three lipstick pickups

and three tone controls with master volume are applied via a 6-way rotary switch in the dazzling assortment of pickup settings listed here:

The 1987 T-1500RW model seems to have similar specs as the early 80's T-1200R

Factory loaded with a pair of Seymour Duncan SH-1n/4 pickups and Gotoh hardware including upgraded Gotoh locking tuners

Poplar body with a neckthrough maple construction and 24 fret unbound rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length)
