Wild Life Botanicals BlushWild Life Botanicals Blush is an English ultra low alcohol sparkling wine (0. 5 % ABV) made in Cornwall. Rather than grapedriven fruit, its character comes from a botanical elixir: the wine bursts with juicy wild strawberry aromas, followed by a rounded, mineral palate evoking rosehip tea, strawberries and cream, plus Cornish orchard fruits such as crab apple and red apple. The palate is light and effervescent, with delicate bubbles and a dry finish.

A small percentage was allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation to soften the wine and add richness and complexity

The grape varieties were vinified separately

with structured tannins

Before they have finished fermenting they are bottled

gently rounded tannins and a clean

It is aged for a short time in a stainless steel

It shows a pale straw-yellow hue and delivers a lovely combination of lemon and citrus freshness with hints of hazelnut
