and if the bottle is good (there are no great wines

but very attractive

Wonderfully elegant and piercingly intense

but you need to be patient to see it at its best

alongside chalky texture and layers of complexity that meld fruit weight and acidity seamlessly

The fermenting tanks have cooling systems and are tweaked to ensure the ferment never runs over 25 degrees

and is bottled under vacuum

On re-tasting

The one quibble I could raise is that it's not particularly complex
