These animals have played an important part in the lives of many Papua New Guineans

and even small children experiencing the devastating effects of tribal violence

aspirations and possibilities

It's as if the sun comes out specifically to see her every morning

It's a reminder of a time when people faced the challenges of the sea with determination

of a woman who has every reason to break
