1960's Teisco Japan WG-2L w/Tokai P90's (Red)

1960's Teisco Japan WG-2L w/Tokai P90's (Red)Japanese made in the 1960's, The WG 4L is one of the more recognisable quirky Teisco models that grew in popularity over the years. Solid mahogany body with a chunky maple neck and a 20 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length), it weighs just under 3kg's. This one came to us with no pickups so we had our tech Vaughan professionally rout it and install a pair of NOS Tokai P90's so it has a much fuller sound than the original low output single

the JS-100 was designed by Fernandes to emulate the Rhoads Concorde

The small stress crack in the neck near the headstock is solid and non-structural

Good used condition with a few bumps and dings to the finish but nothing major

These also feature a "smooth joint" which means the neck join is slightly contoured for comfortable high range playing

the this looks to be a store order model in a custom colour with no pickguard

Pearl White finish still has plenty of shimmer to it with minimal fading

Has a small crack on the back of the guitar as pictured

Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing so it plays great

Pots are scratchy when turned but are functional as is
