It was milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged by Wild Life Distillery. A very approachable whisky with Brown sugar, Shreddies, Caramel Graham Cracker on the nose. As you take the first sips, experience a smooth, light hearted taste with notes of marmalade, cinnamon, and toasted American oak. Finishing off with

dipped in wax

with dark berry juiciness at its core

with a pure seam of racy acidity that keeps the sweetness perfectly balanced

this wine is aged for 6 years on yeast and a further 8 months in bottle

and spices complimenting its earthy character
