Mijenta Tequila AnejoAged for approximately 18 months in four bespoke casks American white oak, French oak, acacia and cherry resulting in a complex, intense and exquisitely well balanced flavor profile. TASTING NOTES On the nose: Elegant notes of cacao nib aromas with layers of butterscotch, cooked agave, and hints of tobacco. On the eye: Full bodied with an intense golden color and copper tones that shine vibrantly on the glass unveiling the harmonious maturation

Palate: Fruit notesAfter the tequila has been distilled it ages in american oak barrels for 22 days to soften its flavor

The subtle roasted notes and minimal acidity of the cold brewed coffee

our stocks are still young

and barreled in our Woodinville Distillery then trucked back over the Cascade Mountains to our private barrel houses

It was discontinued in 2015 due to a lack of stock following the distillery’s closure between 1996 and 2001 but returned in 2018 in a slightly different guise
