Chateau Filhot Vintage 2009This Sauternes estate dates back to 1630 and the chateau was built in 1709 by Romain de Filhot. After the French Revolution it passed to the Our Saluces family. Today it is owned and managed by Gabriel de Vaucelles, a descendent of Filhot. The 2009 vintage was fabulous for the sweet wines of Bordeaux. Typical blend, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Muscadelle. 75cl bottle. Abv 12% Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, wine level in neck.
