On the palate it delivers fresh acidity, tangy citrus flavours and subtle stonefruit notes. The blend is predominantly Sauvignon Blanc and Smillon and will pair beautifully with oysters or shellfish, lemonbutter grilled fish, roasted poultry, goats cheese or as an aperitif.
