Fruit is sourced from Block 6, planted in 1993 on the upper part of The Elms Vineyard. Predominantly Mendoza clone with some Dijon (Burgundian) clone 95, the wine was whole bunch pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts in old French oak and matured for 16 months in barrel.
