Mini Tape Casting Coater w/ Heat-able Vacuum Bed ( 130Wx200L mm, 100C Max) & Vacuum Pump. -MSK-AFA-HC100MSK AFA HC100 is an NRTL standard mini tape casting coater with the bottom vacuum chuck, which is heat able up to 100C and Film applicator is included. It is designed for the fixed thickness and extra thin polymer coating or conductive ceramic film on various substrates.
