Upon his death

The grape varieties were vinified separately

unoaked and minimal sulphur

Sablet and Cairanne

which was then re-fermented in bottle (traditional method)

Planted on gravelly soil located in part on a hillside

delicately tannic herbaceous edge

with fine and smooth tannins and a long finish that allows us to perceive its complexity

of zesty citrus
