1988 Fender Japan TL67-70SPL Keith Richards Model Modified Telecaster (Sunburst)Made by the Fujigen factory in 1988, the Fender TL67 70SPL was made to replicate Keith Richards' famous telecaster as an unofficial "signature model". White ash body with a slim profile maple neck and maple fingerboard (7. 25" radius, 21 vintage frets), it weighs a hefty 4. 65kg's. This one has been modified a little to look less like the Keef model and more like a custom build with a single ply white pickguard, chrome ashtray bridge, brass saddles,

It also features Epiphone T-Pro bass humbucking pickups to dial in the sound you seek

2kg's and has a nice strong output from the original P bass pickup

smooth and shiny with basic wear

Our in-house tech Vaughan wired up the pickups and installed a new battery box in the back before finishing the setup

Good used condition as pictured with a few small cosmetic bumps and dings (one notable chip on the horn as pictured)

Likely made in Japan (or possibly Korea) in the 90's

There's some finish separation along the neck along the factory transmit-neck joins

The area was injected with glue and clamped for an extended period to ensure it's rock solid and no longer a structural issue

This SG-2000 was considered the holy grail of SG's by many and was the model of choice for Carlos Santana and John Frusciante

Has some nice wear and fading to the plastics and some light fretboard wear

they have life left and play smoothly with some pitting and playwear
