This could not be done on the lowest tier as there is no place for the tops of the bottles to go below the level of the paint rack unless you wanted to drill several holes in your workbench :) ,

Also great for people that have small children and want to put their paints away to keep their little hands from getting into them

Measuring 8 inches at the base and 11 inches tall

Base if fitted with "Lazy Susan" type ball bearings that allow the carousel to spin freely giving you easy access to brushes on all sides of the carousel

This is made for people like that stick their figures to bottle corks when they are painting them
