1979 Yamaha Japan SL800 Studio Lord Les Paul Standard (Cherry Sunburst)Made in Japan by Yamaha in the late 1970's, the SL 800 was a higher end Les Paul model in the Studio Lord series. Maple top wearing a cherry sunburst finish with a solid mahogany body, slim 60's profile maple neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (13. 75" radius, 43mm nut width), it weighs a chunky 4. 8kg's. This one has been upgraded by the previous owner and now features locking Gotoh tuners, an Obsidian wiring harness and a set of Labrynth

Weighs a reasonable 4kg's and has a nice strong output from the original P bass pickup

The finish has some clouding on the top that dulls the burst a little along with some cosmetic dings as pictured
