Sipon Mea Pet Nat 2019Pat net is currently all the rage. Short for "petulant natural" this wine continues the fermentation process in the bottle and that produces the bubbles! Expect apple, lemon and pear in this light fresh wine. Typical blend, Fumint. 75cl bottle. Abv 12. 5% Bottle condition, crown cap, label excellent, wine level into neck.
The name of this cuvee is taken from the French for wall enclosed vineyard
