Mas Doix 1903 Centenary Grenache 2017Region: Priorat, Spain Varietal: Grenache Tasting Notes: The heady and voluptuous 1903 Centenary Grenache was sourced from their oldest vines in the Partida de Coma de Casses in Poboleda, 115 year old plants on a slope of llicorella slate that deliver no more than 300 grams of grapes per plant. The destemmed grapes were sorted twice and fermented in stainless steel with neutral yeasts. The wine matured in brand new French barriques for 16 months and
