Handwoven Tai Lue Grey Throw LaosOur handwoven grey Tai Lue cotton throw from Laos is inspired by traditional Tai Lue wedding blankets, but with a contemporary twist! Two Tai Lue blanket are sewn together to create a generous throw blanket. What looks like embroidery is actually a complex 'kit' weaving technique. The blankets feature traditional Tai Lue motifs like naga (river serpent), diamond, and flowers which symbolize spiritual guidance, wealth, wisdom, and beauty, respectively.
