The DOMANI work package flow in organized in a way that following activities are based on direct inputs and lessons learned from preceding ones, while a number of activities run in parallel, where it is permitted and efficient by their nature – Management, quality assurance, dissemination and exploitation are overarching processes. In total, 6 WPs are planned. 

WP1 handles all the coordination, reporting and quality assurance tasks in a structured manner, WP2 for preparatory activities (surveys, ToRs of references and guidelines), WP3-5 with core development tasks (producing organizational and ICT infrastructure and arrangements, as well as developing the competency framework, curricula, mentorship programs, and running capacity building activities), while WP6 with exploitation of the results developed in previous WPs as well as with dissemination for their sustainability and longevity. Each Work Package is structured into Tasks, connected with Milestones, Deliverables, and Events, all with their responsible partners and coordination structure.

Work Package 1: Management and quality assurance

  • To set up and deploy the project management, monitoring, financing and reporting structure 
  • Prepare and complete the Consortium Agreement 
  • Prepare QA and management guidelines 
  • Organize functioning of the Steering Committee and Consortium Meetings
  • Set up and ensure functioning of Quality assurance teams, and the external QA officer
Work Package 2: Preparation of development activities
  • To implement detailed survey of the capacities, curricula and provision for DOMANI development and exploitation
  • To review the EU’s and EU partner’s best practices to be used as baseline for DOMANI developments
  • To develop terms of references for key DOMANI deliverables
Work Package 3: Development of micro-credential provision ecosystems
  • To develop organizational arrangements for micro-credential provision
  • To develop ICT arrangements for micro-credential provision
  • To establish the DOMANI mentorship program
  • To build capacity for the development of micro-credential provision
Work Package 4: Development of regulatory proposals for micro-credentials provision
  • To develop the Charter and Handbook of DOMANI micro-credential programs
  • To develop amendments to national HE provision frameworks
  • To build capacity for the development of regulatory proposals

  • To develop competency framework and micro-credential course packages
